Police have arrested a woman in connection with the Sept. 12 armed robbery at The Bread Box market, located on Nokes Drive, off of Walton Ferry Road in Hendersonville.
Charged Thursday in Sumner County with aggravated robbery was 18-year-old Brittani Nichole White of Clarksville Highway, Nashville. Her pre-trial bond was set at $80,000 and her General Sessions Court Date has been set for Oct. 18.
According to the store clerk on duty, two masked black males entered the market around 12:26 a.m. Tuesday, brandishing weapons and demanding cash.
The suspects reportedly left the store on foot and were tracked by a Hendersonville K-9 officer to Tiffany Lane at the Grande of Indian Lake apartment complex before the scent was lost.
According to affidavits, White confessed to participating in the robbery to including planning the act, being present in the eventual getaway vehicle and receiving monies from the robbery.
Police also have unserved arrest affidavits for two 19-year-old male suspects in connection the robbery - Kimanie Pendergrass and Jonquatus Guthrie. Pendergrass has been arrested in Nashville for a similar armed robbery.
In addition, an unnamed juvenile is also being questioned after voluntarily going to the police department and confessing to her involvement in the robbery including helping to plan the act, being present in the eventual getaway vehicle and receiving monies form the robbery.
According to affidavits, the suspects robbed the market of $32 in cash and several packs of cigarettes. No one was injured.
