REGARDING NOTICE TO ADVERTISE FOR
DESIGN BUILD PROJECT
The City of Hendersonville, Tennessee, an Equal Opportunity
Affirmative Action Employer, is seeking to retain the services of
Design-Builders for the design and construction of the Fire Hall
#2 Building which includes space for Fire Administration and
Information Technology staff, with experience in the following, but
is not limited to:
1. Fire hall and municipal building construction
2. Site design and layout
3. Architectural design
4. Information technology
Interested Design-Builders shall request a formal Request
for Qualifications (RFQ) submittal package by email at
mboyd@hvilletn.org. All Request for Qualifications submittal
packages must be received on or before 4:00 p.m.
(Central Time) Friday, September 8, 2017.
The City will evaluate the qualification of the Design-Builder as
required in the RFQ. Evaluation proceedings will be conducted
as specified in the RFQ.

Notice of Public Hearing & Request for Public Comment
Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report
(CAPER)
The CAPER describes the accomplishments of community development
activities funded under the Community Development Block Grant
(CDBO) program during the 2016-2017 program year (July 1, 2016 thru
June 30, 2017).
Beginning Friday, September 1, 2017, draft copies of the CAPER
will be available for public examination and comment. The public
comment period will end at 5:00 pm on September 15, 2017. Copies
of this report will be provided upon request by calling (615) 264-5316.
Written comments may be directed to: Planning Department, City of
Hendersonville, 101 Maple Drive N., Hendersonville, TN 37075 or
emailed to kfree@hvilletn.org.
A PUBLIC HEARING will be held during the comment period, to obtain
citizen comments on the CAPER on Thursday, September 7, 2017, at
5:30 pm in Conference Room #1, Hendersonville City Hall located at
101 Maple Drive North, Hendersonville, TN 37075. All comments will
be incorporated into the final CAPER document that will be submitted
to The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
