Former Beech High School and Wilmington College basketball standout Noah Chatman recently signed with Bethel University to continue his career on the hardwood.
A 2016 graduate of Beech High School, Chatman made his way to Ohio where he played Quakers. Following one season in Ohio, he averaged over 10 points and five rebounds per game.
Chatman is the son of Karl and Sylvia Chatman and will major in criminal justice while in McKenzie, Tennessee.
During his time at Beech High School, the incoming sophomore averaged over 14 points and eight rebounds per game. He also earned All-District and All-Region honors during his senior campaign.
Chatman left Beech High School with an impressive 3.9 GPA and was a member of the FBCA, FCA, and drama club.
"We are pleased to have Noah join our program," Bethel coach Jeff Britt told bethelathletics.com "We look forward to working with him and feel he will add some experience to our frontcourt."
