The 2017 Taste of Hendersonville was held at the Streets of Indian Lake on Sept. 29. Supported by the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce and presenting sponsor the Goddard School, the event featured over 50 restaurant and other vendors who were visited by hundreds of attendees.
The event also offered a variety of entertainment events ranging from bounce houses in the children's play area to musical performances by artists from the Cedarstone School of Music.
Food vendors had their offerings judged by a panel of eight judges. This year's judges included Lelan Statom (News Channel 5), Fox 17 - Jennifer Waddell (Fox 17), Holly Thompson (WSMV), Hendersonville Fire Chief Scotty Bush, former Tennessee Titan Daniel Loper, Hot Cole's BBQ owner Jason Cole, Our Place Café owner Joseph Perricone and Ascend Federal Credit Union Branch Manager Joyce Saylor. The list of this year's winners is as follows:
