2 charged with aggravated robber, theft

Hendersonville police arrested two men last week in connection with a robbery that occurred on Lakeside Park Drive.

According to police reports, on July 22 around 6 p.m. two men were working on a landscaping job at a home there and were approached as they left by a suspect wielding a gun and demanding their valuables.

Two suspects were later caught on camera using one of the victim's credit cards. Police apprehended Gregory C. Thompson, 20, of Hendersonville and charged him with aggravated robbery and theft under $1,000. Also arrested was Anthony W. Keeton, 20, of Madison. He is also charged with aggravated robbery and theft under $1,000. Both men are scheduled to appear in Sumner County General Sessions Court on Sept. 13.
